Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Certain special-order or imported parts may require additional lead times. If this applies to your order, we will contact you directly.

2. Shipping & Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times:
Major Cities(Pretoria, Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, etc.): 1–4 business days.
Outlying & Regional Areas: 3–7 business days.
Rural & Remote Areas: 5–10 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:
Courier delays.
Weather conditions.
Public holidays.
High order volumes.
Supplier availability.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:
Delivery location
Parcel size and weight
Courier rates
Any promotional free shipping offers will be clearly stated on the website.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you may receive:
A tracking number.
Courier details.
Shipping confirmation via email or WhatsApp.
Tracking updates may take several hours to reflect after collection.

5. Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information.
If an incorrect address is supplied:

6. Delivery Inspections

We recommend inspecting your parcel upon arrival.
If the package appears:

Opened.
Tampered with.
Please notify the courier immediately and contact us as soon as possible with photos of:
The packaging.
Shipping label.
Damaged items.

7. Delayed or Lost Shipments

While we work with reliable courier partners, delays can occasionally happen.
SparesZA will assist in:
Tracking delayed parcels.
Logging courier investigations.
Resolving delivery issues where possible.
However, we cannot guarantee courier delivery times once parcels have been handed over to the courier company.

8. Special Order Parts

Certain appliance parts may be:
Imported.
Supplier ordered.
Non-stock items.
These products may have extended lead times. Estimated delivery times for special-order items will be communicated separately.
Special-order items may also be subject to different return conditions.

9. Delivery Availability

We currently deliver within South Africa.
If you require delivery outside South Africa, please contact us before placing an order to discuss possible arrangements.

10. Partial Shipments

In some cases, orders containing multiple items may be shipped separately depending on:
Stock availability.
Supplier locations.
