The model number is usually found on a sticker inside or behind the appliance.

Do you sell genuine parts?
We supply genuine, OEM-compatible and high-quality replacement parts depending on availability.

Returns & Warranty
Can I return electrical parts?
Electrical and electronic parts cannot be returned once installed or used.
Do your parts include warranty?
Selected parts such as compressors may include manufacturer warranty where stated.
What if the part is faulty?
Contact us immediately if a part is faulty on first startup or arrives damaged.
Can I return the wrong part ordered?
Returns may be accepted on unused parts in original packaging, subject to approval.

Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept secure online payments via Ozow, including Visa & Mastercard debit/credit cards, Instant EFT, Apple Pay, Google Pay and major South African bank payment options for fast and secure checkout.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed securely through Ozow using encrypted and trusted payment technology. Your payment information is protected and never stored on our website.
