Universal Appliance Micro Switch – 3-Pin
The Universal 3-Pin Appliance Micro Switch is a replacement electrical switch suitable for selected microwave ovens, dishwashers, tumble dryers, washing machines and other household appliances. It is commonly used to detect the position of a door, latch, lever, float or moving mechanism.
The switch changes its electrical contacts when the actuator is pressed or released, allowing the appliance control system to confirm that a safety mechanism or operating component is in the correct position. A faulty micro switch may prevent the appliance from starting, cause intermittent operation or stop a programme unexpectedly.

Important Fitment Note

The COM, NO and NC terminals must be connected in the same configuration as the original component. Incorrect wiring may cause the appliance to operate incorrectly or bypass an important safety function.
