Samsung Refrigerator Defrost Temperature Sensor – DA32-00006W
The Samsung Refrigerator Defrost Temperature Sensor DA32-00006W is a replacement thermistor designed for selected Samsung refrigerators, fridge freezers and side-by-side models. This sensor monitors the evaporator temperature and sends temperature information to the refrigerator's electronic control board.
The control board uses the sensor reading to regulate the automatic defrost cycle and maintain the correct operating temperature. A faulty, damaged or inaccurate sensor may cause excessive ice formation, poor cooling, unstable temperatures or incorrect defrost operation.
