Defy Washing Machine Door Lock Switch

Defy Washing Machine Door Lock Switch – 2805311400

The Defy Washing Machine Door Lock Switch 2805311400 is a replacement door interlock designed for selected Defy washing machines. This safety component ensures that the washing machine door is securely locked before the appliance starts and remains locked during the wash and spin cycles.

This part helps restore normal operation when the original door lock switch has become faulty, worn, damaged or no longer detects the door correctly. If the control board cannot confirm that the door is locked, the washing machine may refuse to start, stop during the programme, or display a door lock related fault.
