The 6205-2RS Sealed Ball Bearing is a replacement deep-groove ball bearing suitable for selected washing machines, electric motors and other mechanical applications that use matching dimensions. It supports rotating shafts while helping reduce friction, vibration and unwanted movement during operation.

This bearing has rubber seals fitted on both sides to help retain the internal lubricant and protect the bearing surfaces from dust, moisture and contamination. It may be used as a replacement when the original bearing has become noisy, rough, loose, seized or worn.

Important Fitment Note

Bearing compatibility must be confirmed using the bearing number and physical dimensions. Before ordering, check that the original bearing measures 25mm × 52mm × 15mm and requires a double-sealed 6205 bearing.

Do not assume that 6205-2RS, 6205-ZZ and 6205-C3 bearings are identical in application. The seal type and internal-clearance specification may differ. Where the original bearing is marked C3, use a replacement bearing with the same clearance specification.

When replacing washing machine drum bearings, inspect the drum shaft, spider, bearing housing and tub seal for wear or water damage. A leaking tub seal can quickly damage a newly installed bearing.
