The Errecom Extreme Ultra Refrigerant Leak Sealant – 6ml is a professional leak-stop additive designed for air-conditioning, refrigeration and vehicle A/C systems. It circulates with the refrigerant and lubricant to locate and permanently seal microleaks measuring up to approximately 0.3mm.
Extreme Ultra works on compatible rubber and metal system components without reacting with air, oxygen or moisture. Its polymer-free formula is designed to avoid forming solid deposits or blockages inside the compressor, capillary tube, expansion valve, recovery equipment or other system components.

Application Note
Extreme Ultra must be injected into the system using the correct Errecom adapter or compatible injection equipment. The required adapter depends on the refrigerant, service connection and type of system being serviced.
After injection, operate the air-conditioning or refrigeration system for at least 30 minutes to circulate the product. The time required to complete the seal depends on the position, shape and size of the leak.
Important Usage Note
This product is intended for microleaks measuring up to approximately 0.3mm. It is not suitable for large holes, split pipes, broken fittings, severe corrosion or major refrigerant leaks.
Where a leak is accessible and can be repaired conventionally, replacement, brazing or a suitable mechanical repair may remain the preferred service method.
Extreme Ultra is not compatible with R717 ammonia systems.
For refrigerators with hermetic compressors, particularly systems using R600a, R290 or R134a, confirm whether Errecom Extreme Ultra White is the appropriate product for the application.
