Samsung Refrigerator Water Filter – DA29-00003G
The Samsung Refrigerator Water Filter DA29-00003G is a replacement internal filter cartridge designed for selected Samsung refrigerators with plumbed water dispensers and automatic ice makers. It filters the incoming water supply before water reaches the dispenser and ice-making system.
This filter helps improve the taste and odour of drinking water while reducing sediment and selected contaminants, depending on the filtration specification of the supplied cartridge. Regular replacement also helps maintain normal water flow through the refrigerator dispenser and ice maker.

Replacement and Installation Note
Turn off the refrigerator water supply where required. Rotate the original filter anticlockwise to unlock it, remove the protective cap from the replacement cartridge, insert the new filter and rotate it clockwise until securely locked.
After installation, flush water through the dispenser to remove trapped air and loose carbon particles. Reset the refrigerator's water-filter indicator according to the appliance user manual.

Samsung refrigerators use several different internal water-filter designs. Before ordering, confirm that the original cartridge is marked DA29-00003G, DA29-00003B or HAFIN2/EXP and compare the locking head, locating tabs, cartridge shape and installation position with the original filter.
Do not confuse this cartridge with Samsung HAF-CIN or HAF-QIN filters. These use different locking arrangements and are not automatically interchangeable.
