LG Drain Motor Actuator EAU63683502

LG Top Loader Washing Machine Drain Valve Actuator – EAU63683502

The LG Top Loader Washing Machine Drain Valve Actuator EAU63683502 is a replacement DC clutch motor designed for selected LG top loader washing machines. This component operates the mechanical drainage linkage, allowing the drain valve to open when the appliance needs to remove water from the wash tub.

When activated by the washing machine control system, the actuator motor moves the drain-valve mechanism into the required position. A faulty actuator may prevent the appliance from draining, stop the programme before spinning or leave water inside the tub after the wash cycle.

Product Features

• OEM/reference part number: EAU63683502
• Possible earlier replacement reference: EAU63683501
• Common motor marking: NTTQ001SA2
• Part type: Washing machine drain-valve actuator / DC clutch motor
• Common operating voltage: DC 13.5V
• Suitable for selected LG top loader washing machines
• Operates the mechanical drain-valve linkage
• Allows wastewater to leave the tub during draining
• Helps the washing machine progress from draining to spinning
• Replacement for faulty, seized, damaged or non-working drain actuators

Common Symptoms This Part May Fix

• Washing machine not draining
• Water remaining inside the tub after the programme
• Machine washing normally but not progressing to spin
• Drain valve not opening
• Drain actuator linkage not moving
• Actuator clicking or humming without operating the valve
• Programme stopping before the spin cycle
• Clothes remaining excessively wet after the programme
• Water draining away while the machine is trying to fill
• Drainage-related fault or error appearing

Important Fitment Note

This is a low-voltage DC actuator and must not be connected directly to a 220–240V electrical supply. Before ordering, confirm the EAU63683502 part number and compare the voltage, electrical connector, actuator arm, linkage connection, mounting holes and housing shape with the original component.

This component opens the mechanical drain valve and does not pump water directly. A drainage fault may also be caused by a blocked drain hose, damaged drain valve, broken linkage, foreign object or faulty wiring.
