The Universal Washing Machine and Dishwasher Drain Pump Motor is a replacement water-removal pump suitable for selected washing machines and dishwashers that use a matching twist-lock pump housing. It removes used water from the appliance during the draining stages of the wash programme.
This pump motor attaches to the existing filter housing or sump assembly and drives the internal impeller to push water through the drain hose. It can help restore normal drainage when the original pump has become blocked, noisy, weak, seized or electrically faulty.
